MuConvert Spotify Music Converter FAQs

After purchasing the product, you will receive an email from us with 30 minutes. You will find the license key in the email sent to you. After getting the license key, you can copy and paste the code to get your Spotify Music Converter registered.

If you fail to receive the email, please check your SPAM file folder. Please wait with patience for the delay of Internet or system glitches.

Just enter your licensed email and license key in the pop-up free-trial window and then click “Activate”. If it says, “Activation successful!”, then the software is fully activated.

When activating MuConvert products, like MuConvert Apple Music Converter, MuConvert M4V Converter and MuConvert Spotify Music Converter, there are some errors that may occur. And some errors can be fixed by activating MuConvert products offline on your own. If you come across the error code listed below, then you can follow this how-to guide to activate MuConvert product via offline. At this time, we will focus on the offline activation of MuConvert Spotify Music Converter.

Note: If you see the error codes as below when activating the software, you need to perform an offline activation.

• 901: [901] Invalid Parameter – no check
• 903: invalid parameter
• Unknown error: Unknown Error
• Invalid: Invalid Activation Code

For Mac Users:

Please activate the software offline by following the steps below:

Step 1. Disconnect the internet on your Mac. Then copy and paste the license key into the program. And then go to the “V” icon beside the “Activate” button. Select “Activate Manually”.

Step 2. Click on “Get info to Submit”. Once you click on the submit button, you will get an XML file. Please send that XML file to us.

For Windows Users:

Please activate the software offline by following the steps below:

Step 1. Disconnect the internet on your Windows. Then copy and paste the license key into the program. And then click to the “Unlock”, then a Windows will pop out saying “Offline Activation”. Click to “Offline Activation”.

Step 2. Copy the request code and save them on the TXT file and send it to us. As soon as we got the submitted TXT file, we will send back the response code to you, then you can copy the response code to finish the whole offline activation.

If you have lost your license key, you can contact our support team by submitting a quest with your order ID and registered E-mail. Our support teams will help you retrieve your registration code ASAP.

Supported input formats: Spotify OGG format.

Supported output formats from Windows: MP3, M4A, FLAC and WAV.

Supported output formats from Mac: MP3, M4A and FLAC.

No, you don’t need to turn off the Spotify app. MuConvert Spotify Music Converter needs to cooperate with the Spotify app to finish the converting process. Please make sure that your Spotify is running smoothly during the process.

All TuneFab products including MuConvert Spotify Music Converter are a desktop application. So you need to download and use our software on Windows or Mac computer. You cannot use TuneFab products on iPhone, iPad or other mobile devices.

Spotify Music Converter allows you to convert one or more Spotify playlists at once.

If you want to select multiple songs in a Spotify playlist, you can select the songs one by one in Spotify playlist and drag and drop these songs into MuConvert. All selected songs will be loaded into the main interface of MuConvert Spotify Music Converter.

If you want to select the whole Spotify playlist, please press the Ctrl+A to select the whole playlist in Spotify. Then drag and drop the selected items from Spotify to MuConvert Spotify Music Converter.

When all songs are added, you can click at “Convert” to start converting the songs.

The reason why you see this error – “Failed to load the Dynamic Link Library” is that you are using the Spotify for Windows app. In order to fix this problem, please reinstall the Spotify app from the official Spotify website and try to convert the Spotify music again to check if this note is disappeared.
