MuConvert Apple Music Converter FAQs

The trial version of MuConvert Apple Music Converter only allows you to convert 3 minutes of each audio file. When the 30-day free trial period ends, you will need to purchase a license key to continue using this program.

Launch the software and a free-trial window will pop up, enter your Email Address and License Key into the appropriate boxes, then click “Activate” to complete the activation.

After placing an order, the license key will be sent to you by email within 30 minutes. If you have not received the license key in 24 hours, please contact MuConvert Support team to get help.

To get back your license key, you can contact our support team. Once our support team receive your email, we will re-send the license key to your required email address.

Make sure you have purchased the correct version of MuConvert Apple Music Converter. For example, Mac user should buy the Mac version instead of the Windows one. If you buy the wrong version by mistake, please contact MuConvert Support team ASAP to get the correct license key.

Yes, you can transfer your license to a new computer and it’s 100% free. But to that, you need to contact MuConvert Support Team and provide your valid order info, we will disable the license on the old computer and reset it for activation on a new computer.

If you purchase the single-user license, then you can only activate and use the software on one computer only. If you buy a family license, you can activate and use the software on 2-5 computers with the same license key.

Windows: It supports 10X conversion speed on Windows.
macOS: It supports both 1X and 5X conversion speed on macOS.(Mac OS X 10.14 or higher)

You can go to Speed at the top menu bar and choose the desired speed.
From 1X to 5X: it requires you to manually restart your computer for the changes to take effect.
From 5X to 1X: it requires you to relaunch the program for the changes to take effect.  
Note: The speed you choose will not affect the audio quality.

MuConvert Apple Music Converter needs to work with iTunes. It is necessary for iTunes to play the files in the background during the whole conversion process. So please do not quit iTunes, otherwise, the conversion will be failed because of the playing interrupted.

#1 Please make sure that you’ve downloaded your Apple Music songs from iCloud. It means all the music should be downloaded and stored in the local hard drive of your computer.
#2 Please make sure that your music files are available in iTunes music library.
#3 Please click on the “Refresh” button to update the songs in MuConvert. If the problem still exists, please contact MuConvert support team.

First, make sure that you’ve downloaded Apple Music songs from iTunes to your computer. The music files should be stored in both iTunes library and the local hard drive of your computer.

Second, please check if the songs are playable in iTunes. If these songs can’t play normally in iTunes, make sure that your computer is authorized with the same Apple ID that you used for Apple Music subscription.
